To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at least 48 hours before the show start time. We will process your refund within 7-10 business days after receiving your request.
Please note that any refund requests made within 48 hours of the show start time will not be eligible for a refund. Additionally, any service fees or processing fees associated with the ticket purchase will not be refunded.
