Laurence Juber is a performer, recording artist, composer and arranger. First internationally recognized as lead guitarist in Paul McCartney’s Wings, with whom he won a Grammy®, Juber has since established himself as a world-renowned guitar virtuoso and entertainer.
Accompanied by Zac Matthews on bass and Kevin Winard on drums & percussion, his Guitar Noir trio performances – with LJ on acoustic & electric guitars – are a unique blend of folk, rock & jazz.
Songstress Christena Rich’s latest album Jimmy’s – a collection of re-imagined jazz classics by legendary composer Jimmy McHugh – was produced by Laurence Juber. The Canadian chanteuse will add her pop, jazz & soul stylings to the trio set.
LJ will also feature some of his unique solo acoustic arrangements of Beatles’ songs from his latest album release I’ve Got A Feeling.
Juber’s DVD-Audio project Guitar Noir (AIX Records) won a CES Demmy award for best surround-sound audio.
